Zelensky’s office hopes for early adoption of the law on mobilisation

The law on mobilisation in Ukraine should be adopted as soon as possible. At the same time, it should be realised that it will not be popular, an adviser to the head of Vladimir Zelensky’s office, Mykhailo Podolyak, has said.

Speaking on the air of the national telethon, he noted that the deputies would like this law to be warmly received in society, but this is impossible. And so, he said, they are “looking for the slightest opportunity to pass between the drops, it will not work”.

Podolyak added that the adoption of this law, taking into account additional amendments and other delays will take from a few days to a week.

Earlier it became known that the Ministry of defence of Ukraine has prepared a new version of the bill on mobilisation.
