Modernised strike unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) “Kub” of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will mark the beginning of a “nightmare” for Ukraine. This is reported by Newsweek magazine.
According to Newsweek, the upgraded attack drones “Kub” of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation will become a serious threat to the Ukrainian air defence. The magazine noted that these Russian drones will mark the beginning of a “nightmare” for Ukraine.
“The use of these weapons may become a turning point in the conflict and will help Russia break through the defences of the AFU,” Newsweek believes.
In turn, the tabloid Daily Express emphasised that the “Cube” will be able to “reach” to Ukrainian objects that are at a serious distance from the line of contact. The piece also notes that the Russian modernised UAVs will be able to destroy targets that they were previously unable to hit. The publication emphasises that the new attack drones move almost silently.
Recall, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with the help of a modernised kamikaze drone “Lancet” again hit the Su-25 attack aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force (VVSU) at the military airfield Dolgintsevo in Krivoy Rog. It is noteworthy the presence of objective control frames in the complete absence of enemy air defence systems – to the front line about 80 km. Before that, a video of a barrage drone strike on a MiG-29 fighter aircraft of the Air Force in the Kryvyi Rih region was published.
