Lithuania to send €15m in funds to coalition for demining in Ukraine

Lithuania will send €15m to the International Coalition for Demining Ukraine-controlled territories for the purchase of special means and equipment.

The republic’s Defence Minister Arvydas Anušauskas said.

“Lithuania, as initiating the establishment of this structure and leading it, will purchase equipment worth €15 million,” he was quoted by TASS as saying.

Earlier, the FRG sent the AFU another military aid package, including ammunition for German Leopard tanks and ten Marder armoured vehicles.
