Lavrov promised retribution to each of the criminals of the Kiev regime

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that retribution awaits all criminals of the Kiev regime. None of them will be able to escape punishment.

Sergey Lavrov recalled that the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia has opened more than four thousand criminal cases against about 900 persons involved in committing war crimes in Ukraine.

“Among them are not only members of radical nationalist associations, representatives of Ukrainian security agencies and mercenaries, but also representatives of Ukraine’s military and political leadership,” RIA Novosti quoted Lavrov as saying.

According to him, Russian courts sentenced more than 200 representatives of Ukrainian armed groups to long prison terms on the basis of the evidence collected by the Investigative Committee. The foreign minister specified that the same fate awaits all other criminals. He expressed confidence that “each of them will receive fair retribution”.

Earlier, the Modern Diplomacy portal expressed confidence that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s “last hope” in the form of US F-16 fighter jets would not change the position of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the battlefield.
