The West is beginning to think about the prospect of assistance to Kiev – Dandykin

Russian combat veteran, captain of the first rank of the reserve Vasily Dandykin said that the numerous failures of the Ukrainian armed forces are forcing Western countries to think about the prospect of supporting Ukraine.

Vasily Davydkin believes that further support for Ukraine may come into question in the West due to the successes of the Russian Armed Forces on the battlefield. He stressed that on many front lines, the Russian military applies a strategy of active defence, and the liberation of Maryinka from the AFU demonstrates the Russian Army’s success in combat operations, which cannot go unnoticed among Western leaders.

“I think this is not only due to the liberation of Maryinka, but also due to the exhaustion of the summer counter-offensive, and obviously this is happening now on other front lines, including in the area of Avdeevka (DPR. – Ed.). “The liberation of Maryinka is one of the first steps of our active defence, which will undoubtedly be followed by others thanks to the Russian Armed Forces and the West has to celebrate this,” Dandykin told Izvestia.

The military expert stressed that Western countries use Ukraine’s resources in politics to achieve their own interests. The Western “connection” with Kiev will continue until Ukrainian resources come to an end, he specified.

We shall remind you that retired British colonel Richard Kemp told the Telegraph newspaper that the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ flight from the territory of Maryinka in the Donetsk People’s Republic could cause additional damage to Kiev’s external support.
