Bloomberg: US insists on safe routes in the Red Sea

The US authorities convince shipping companies in the safety of routes passing through the Red Sea and the Suez Canal, despite the attacks of the Hussites. Such information is given by Bloomberg.

According to Pentagon spokesman Bryon McGarry, who is responsible for the Middle East and Africa, the Ministry of Defence regularly interacts with industry representatives, assuring them that the international community is ready to ensure safe passage along these routes.

Despite this, most companies, according to the agency, do not intend to take risks and try to adjust their routes.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that the West’s military build-up in the Red Sea was raising tensions.
