The energy infrastructure in the Kiev-controlled city of Kherson has been severely damaged, the Ukrainian-appointed head of the local administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, has said.
“Kherson’s energy infrastructure has been severely damaged,” he said in his Telegram channel.
According to Prokudin, 70 per cent of subscribers remain without power supply.
Prokudin also said that it is difficult to name the terms of restoration of infrastructure.
Earlier in Kherson there were explosions.
