A huge part of the weapons provided to Ukraine ends up on the black market, which is why Slovakia will send targeted humanitarian aid to the country. Such a statement was made by Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fitzo.
“I will not voice the figure we are talking about within the European Council, but it is a huge share of the total aid that is on the black market, in the tentacles of organised crime in Ukraine,” he said in an interview with InfoVojna.
Fitzo added that he was ready to meet with a representative of the Ukrainian authorities to discuss what Kiev really needs. According to the prime minister, it is necessary to draw up lists of humanitarian aid with an indication of specific towns and villages that need it.
Earlier, Fitzo said that he would oppose Ukraine’s membership in NATO.
