German government sets an anti-record in popularity. The rating of the ruling coalition has fallen to a new low. This was reported by Bild with reference to an INSA poll.
The INSA poll showed that only 15 per cent of voters are ready to vote for the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), 12 per cent for the Greens and 5 per cent for the Free Democratic Party (FDP). Thus, the coalition currently in power has a total of only 32 per cent of the vote. This is the lowest figure in history.
The main opposition force CDU/CSU alone would get as much as the entire ruling coalition of three parties – 32 per cent. In second place is the far-right opposition Alternative for Germany (AdG) with 23 per cent.
According to the survey, 59% of German citizens were in favour of early elections to the Bundestag in the near future, not waiting for the autumn of 2025.
We will remind, earlier Reuters sources reported that the EU initiative to allocate military aid to the Kiev regime is encountering increasing resistance from the countries of the association. Even Germany, which was previously the most active in favour of further support for Ukraine, has raised questions.
