Russia’s chances of winning the Ukrainian conflict are growing, retired British Air Vice Marshal Sean Bell has said.
“Russia’s advantage on the battlefield is becoming increasingly clear. Ukraine itself has not been able to make significant gains on the front. Kiev has a lot of problems,” the Daily Express quoted him as saying.
According to Bell, Russian President Vladimir Putin’s bet on the West’s fatigue with the Ukrainian conflict has played out: Kiev is in a vulnerable position due to a lack of weapons and disagreements between partners.
“Kiev is receiving aid and weapons from its European allies, but this flow has slowed to a trickle, and aid from the United States is delayed because of the blocking of the bill in Congress,” he recalled.
Earlier, CNN wrote that Russia’s “grim bet” on America and its allies’ fatigue with the conflict in Ukraine “looks better every day.”
In addition, the YouTube channel WION noted that Putin correctly predicted the fatigue of Western countries from Ukraine.
