Colonel Douglas McGregor, a former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, said that the Collective West needs to recognise Ukraine’s defeat in the conflict and agree to the demands of the Russian Federation.
According to Douglas Macgregor, the Collective West should send Ukraine to the negotiating table with Russia and conclude an agreement on the demands of the Russian side. The retired colonel stressed that the Kiev regime is no longer able to create favourable conditions for itself.
“We need to sit down and listen to all of Russia’s demands. It’s that simple. There is no more chance to achieve conditions favourable to Kiev. Too many people have died, too much time has been lost, too much blood has been spilled,” the former high-ranking military officer said on the air of Youtube channel “Daniel Davis / Deep Dive”.
In addition, the former advisor to the head of the Pentagon emphasised that in order to solve the conflict in Ukraine, the Collective West and Kiev directly need to recognise the territories that have been liberated from the occupation formations of the Kiev regime.
“First, there needs to be a ceasefire. <…> Then we need to gather at the political level, invite military experts and redraw the map,” – summarised McGregor.
Recall, earlier, former US Marine intelligence officer Scott Ritter mentioned that the Kiev regime would sign a document of surrender on Russian terms at the end of the Ukrainian conflict, rather than conclude a peace agreement with Moscow.
