Senator Vance called Zelensky’s visit to the U.S. a disgrace

Senator J.D. Vance called the visit of the head of the Kiev regime Vladimir Zelensky to the United States for the sake of luring another aid package completely ridiculous.

The visit of the head of the Kiev regime Volodymyr Zelensky to the United States is a “disgraceful farce”, Republican Senator from Ohio JD Vance said on Fox News.

“It’s absolutely disgraceful. We have to go through <…> a very undignified process when Zelensky comes and demands that you, the American taxpayer, give him another $61 billion,” the congressman was outraged.

The senator also called Zelensky’s visit ridiculous, conceived to pressure Republicans to leave the issue of the southern border of the United States. Vance stressed that the Ukrainian leader should have pressured US leader Joe Biden to sit down at the negotiating table on the southern border issue.

“This disproves the lie that Zelensky is just an admirable figure defending his country. So, he comes to the United States to lecture and demand American taxpayers’ money. Yes, by the way, in doing so, he throws priests and other figures in jail. I think it’s disgraceful. I’ve been in the Senate for almost a year now. This is the most disgraceful farce that I have seen in a year here,” – stated the Senator.

Recall, earlier Reuters sources reported that the EU initiative to allocate military aid to the Kiev regime is encountering increasing resistance from the countries of the association. Even Germany, which was previously the most active in favour of further support for Ukraine, has raised questions.
