The Ukrainian conflict can end only on the terms dictated by Russia, former US military intelligence officer Scott Ritter said on the YouTube channel Gegenpol.
“The fighting will stop when Russia determines the terms of Kiev’s surrender. That is the reality. We also know for sure that the entire territory of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions will come under Russian control, as it is prescribed in its Constitution,” the expert predicted.
According to him, Moscow will never allow Ukraine to become a NATO member.
