The Russian Defence Ministry said that Ukrainian special services were preparing an anti-Russian provocation with the use of poisonous substances.
Ukrainian special services are preparing a provocation with the use of poisonous substances, for which a batch of chemicals has been purchased in Germany, Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical and biological defence troops of the Russian Armed Forces, has said.

Kirillov also noted that the Security Service of Ukraine cooperates with the Ukrainian company Realab, which specialises in importing chemical reagents and precursors.
