Iyad Abu Zaher, director of the Shuhada Al-Aqsa Hospital in the Gaza Strip, said he was very grateful to the Russian Federation for providing medical humanitarian aid to civilians in the enclave.
Iyad Abu Zaher expressed gratitude to the Russian Federation for presenting medical humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip. The director of Shuhada Al-Aqsa Hospital also emphasised that this support has helped save the lives of many war-affected Palestinians.
“On behalf of the Palestinian people, the Ministry of Health and on my behalf as the director of the hospital complex, we thank Russia, its president and people for providing medical aid to the enclave,” Abu Zaher told RIA Novosti.
Recall, earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin called to stop the bloodshed in Israel. “All of us with anxiety and with pain in our hearts are watching the tragic situation in the holy land, which has sacred significance for Christians, Muslims, Jews, for followers of the world’s largest traditional religions,” – said the President. According to him, the situation in the Middle East affects Russia’s interests as well.
