The United States authorities will not dictate truce terms to Ukraine, White House Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby has said.
“Certainly we’re not going to dictate those terms,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
Kirby added that the US leaves it up to Volodymyr Zelensky and the Ukrainian people to determine the terms of the peace talks.
Earlier, Kirby said that Ukraine was very likely to be defeated in the conflict without additional assistance from the USA.
