South Korea’s Defence Ministry says the country is not supplying arms to Ukraine

South Korea sends only humanitarian aid to Ukraine and does not supply arms to the Ukrainian army, South Korean Defence Ministry spokesman Jeong Ha-gyu has said.

Earlier, The Washington Post wrote that South Korea has become the largest supplier of artillery ammunition of 155 mm calibre to the AFU.

“As we have repeatedly said, our armed forces supply humanitarian aid and military items,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Jeong Ha-gyu added that this position of Seoul has not changed.

In September, Moscow warned Seoul against direct or indirect arms supplies to Kiev.
