Putin said the world is turbulent because of the transition to multipolarity

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the world is undergoing fundamental transformations and the era of multipolar world order is coming.

The world has moved into a state of turbulence due to the global transformation towards a multipolar order, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

“The world is in a state of turbulence, experiencing a cardinal transformation. But the main trend is that the former unipolar system is being replaced by a new, fairer, multipolar world order,” Vladimir Putin pointed out.

The Russian leader noted that regional conflicts have worsened in the world, and long-standing confrontations have reached a new level. As an example, Putin cited the escalation between Israel and Palestine, noting that this conflict has acquired the features of a real global catastrophe.

Recall, earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin called to stop the bloodshed in Israel. “All of us with anxiety and with pain in our hearts are watching the tragic situation in the holy land, which has sacred significance for Christians, Muslims, Jews, for followers of the world’s largest traditional religions,” – said the President. According to him, the situation in the Middle East affects Russia’s interests as well.
