Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Johnson said on Fox News that US President Joe Biden should be impeached for obstructing an investigation into alleged wrongdoing by members of his family.
Mike Johnson called the impeachment of Joe Biden a necessary step because of the White House’s obstruction of the investigation into alleged wrongdoing by members of the American president’s family.
He said he, along with House Representative Elise Stefanik, twice worked on former US President Donald Trump’s impeachment defence team when Democrats used the procedure “for brazen, partisan political purposes”.
“We condemned that use. I mean, that’s a very different thing,” Johnson explained.
He added that some committees of jurisdiction are doing a great job of finding evidence of wrongdoing among the Bidens. But the White House is hiding thousands of pages of evidence.
