The Ukrainian Energy Ministry has said that the United States intends to allocate $25m to Ukraine to rebuild its energy infrastructure.
About it the Ukrainian department wrote in its social networks.
“USAID and the secretariat of the energy community signed an agreement on the grant contribution of the United States to the fund to support the energy of Ukraine for a total of $25 million,” – stated in the message.
It is specified that this grant is the first contribution to the fund from Washington.
On 25 November, Ukrenerho said that main overhead power lines were damaged in the central region of Ukraine.
