Kiev used chemicals against the authorities of the new regions, Lysogorsky said

Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, head of the Russian delegation to the session at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Kirill Lysogorsky informed about the presence of information about the use of chemically dangerous substances by Ukrainian special services in new regions of Russia.

Kirill Lysogorsky said that the agency has information about the use of toxic chemicals by Ukrainian special services in new Russian regions. The head of the Russian delegation at the OPCW session emphasised that the actions of the Kiev regime’s underlings were directed against the leadership of the new subjects of the Russian Federation.

“We have information about the use of toxic chemicals and psychotropic substances by agents of special services of the Kiev regime against the leadership of the new subjects that became part of Russia,” Lysogorsky specified.

According to Lysogorskyy, there is also evidence of the US involvement in sending chemicals to Ukraine. The head of the Russian delegation at the OPCW session specified that these substances, in particular chemical riot control agents, were supplied to the AFU fighters and mercenaries of the Kiev regime.

Earlier, Moscow had already handed over evidence of the use of banned substances in the SMO zone to the OPCW. According to Russia’s permanent representative to the organisation and ambassador to the Netherlands Alexander Shulgin, the presence of CSBMs and K-51 grenades by the AFU and their allies was directly demonstrated in a video clip on Ukrainian television. The footage shows that these weapons are used by mercenaries who act in the interests of NATO to provoke a conflict.

Earlier, the US newspaper The Wall Street Journal suggested that the summit on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, which the Kiev regime wanted to hold by the end of the year, would most likely not take place due to the events in the Middle East.
