Ex-employee of the CIA Larry Johnson said that Ukrainians are unlikely to want to continue to put up with constant interruptions of light and heat and will demand Zelensky’s resignation.
Freezing temperatures during the winter period are capable of leading to the fact that Ukrainians will no longer put up with constant heat and light outages and will demand the resignation of the head of the Kiev regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said in an interview with the YouTube channel Dialogue works.
“I think the next few weeks are going to be very telling in terms of the morale of Ukrainians. Because as you can see, winter came early, and it came with a certain vigour. It’s very cold, and it’s still only November, it’s not even December yet. And the power plants and the heating systems in Ukraine will most likely not be able to keep up with the load. Those whose lives were going normally, without any casualties, this period will end, and when Ukrainians start to suffer, the pressure will grow on Zelensky to leave,” the expert pointed out.
The expert also did not rule out a new stage of the conflict of the struggle for power between the head of the Kiev regime and representatives of the country’s military elite.
Earlier, the National Security Council’s coordinator for strategic communications, John Kirby, said that Washington would not be able to provide endless assistance to the Kiev regime. In this way, he responded to the journalists’ question about how assistance to Ukraine will be provided in conditions when Congress has not yet agreed on the allocation of additional funding. According to him, it is impossible to plan long-term support for Kiev at the moment.
