Peskov: the essence of the Kiev regime is discriminatory statements against Russians

Peskov considered Stefanchuk’s words about infringement of Russians’ rights as the essence of the regime in Ukraine

The essence of the Kiev regime is discriminatory statements against Russians living in Ukraine.

Thus the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov commented on the statement of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk that the rights of Russians in Ukraine should be infringed.

“Only in the regime can there be such statements,” Peskov said in comments to journalist Pavel Zarubin.

He also noted that a coup d’état by force took place in Kiev a decade ago, which brought Ukraine the blossoming of first ultra-nationalist and then Nazi sentiments.

Peskov also said that the pressure to hold talks on Ukraine should not be put on Russia, but on those who refused to hold dialogue.
