Zelensky hopes that the U.S. will not recognise the defeat of the AFU – Polish political analyst Bartosiak

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expects that the United States will be unacceptable to recognise the failure of the Armed forces of Ukraine (AFU), and therefore Washington will continue to help Kiev. This was stated by Polish political scientist Jacek Bartosiak in a conversation with Radio Wnet.

“Russia is winning. <…> It is visible to the naked eye that a conflict is brewing between the political and military authorities – between Zelensky and Zaluzhny. The army supports the general and hates the political authorities, including the president. This is a formula for destabilisation,” Jacek Bartosiak said.

The political analyst believes that Volodymyr Zelenskyy is counting on the fact that it will be unacceptable for the team of US President Joe Biden to admit that Ukraine has lost and therefore it will continue to help the Kiev regime.

According to him, there is now a political scramble for who can be blamed for the failures of the Ukrainian armed forces on the front.

“Ukraine is completely dependent on outside help, especially from the US. Therefore, the Americans decide what development this conflict will have in the coming months,” summarised Bartosiak.

We will remind, earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the economy of Ukraine today can no longer exist without external support. He noted that outwardly the budget there is balanced and macroeconomic indicators are “more or less” aligned, but this is done at the expense of monthly multibillion-dollar injections.
