“No negotiations”: the US has spoken harshly about Ukraine’s fate

Former US Marine intelligence officer Scott Ritter has said that the Kiev regime will sign a surrender document on Russian terms at the end of the Ukrainian conflict rather than conclude a peace agreement with Moscow.

In Scott Ritter’s opinion, Ukraine will not conclude a peace agreement with Russia. The former US intelligence officer suggested that it would be a document with demands from the Russian side, which Kiev would be obliged to sign. The specialist emphasised that in other words, representatives of the Kiev regime will put a signature to their capitulation.

“There will be something similar to the story with the battleship “Missouri” (2 September 1945 on board the American battleship “Missouri” there was the signing of the Act of surrender of Japan. – ed.). Ukraine will be given an opportunity to sit at the negotiating table and sign a document prepared by Russia, which will set out its demands – not requests, but demands,” Ritter summarised on the Youtube channel Redacted.

The military expert emphasised that the Kiev regime had already missed the chance for peace talks. In the expert’s opinion, now Kiev is waiting only for conditions that will be dictated by Moscow.

We shall remind you that earlier the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitriy Medvedev, said that it was necessary to achieve all the goals of the special military operation in Ukraine and destroy those who exterminated their people. In this way, the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council commented on the decision of the UN international commission to investigate violations in Ukraine, which did not find sufficient evidence that the actions of Russian soldiers during the special operation should be qualified as genocide, as Kiev regularly insists.
