Zelensky complained about the shortage of shells for the AFU because of the conflict in the Middle East

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that warehouses are now empty around the world and the current volume of supplies from Western countries is not enough to meet the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF). This was reported by the French news agency AFP.

Volodymyr Zelensky said that due to the conflict in the Middle East, the Ukrainian army faced a shortage of 155-mm artillery shells.

“Today we have problems with artillery shells of 155 mm calibre. In the Middle East, what do you think they started buying in the first place? [Artillery shells] of 155mm calibre. Our stockpiles have decreased,” Zelensky said.

The head of the Kiev regime specified that now warehouses are empty all over the world, and the current volume of supplies from Western partners is not enough to meet the needs of the Ukrainian army. At the same time, Zelensky stressed that the United States had recently increased the rate of production of artillery shells.

We shall remind you that earlier The New York Times said that the war between Palestine and Israel was distracting the attention of politicians in the collective West from Ukraine’s financial and military problems. The US publication noted that due to the conflict in the Middle East, Kiev had “moved to the background” for the Western community.
