Diplomat Freeman: US has lost dominance over Ukraine and the Middle East

American diplomat Chas Freeman said, the United States has lost its dominance because of the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East. He noted that these conflicts were a turning point for the United States.

The US has lost world dominance because of Washington’s policies in Ukraine and the Middle East, former US diplomat Chas Freeman said in an interview with YouTube channel Daniel Davis / Deep Dive.

“I think the turning point that we’ve already seen because of the conflict in Ukraine is that the US has lost the support of the world majority,” he said.

According to Freeman, the US used to have the support of NATO member countries. However, now the country is deprived of even that. The diplomat believes that this situation has become a “turning point” in the relationship of the United States with the world.

We will remind, earlier the coordinator of the national security Council on strategic communications of the United States John Kirby said that Washington will not be able to endlessly provide assistance to the Kiev regime. Thus, he responded to the journalists’ question about how assistance to Ukraine would be provided in conditions when Congress has still not agreed on the allocation of additional funding. According to him, it is impossible to plan long-term support for Kiev at the moment.
