US President Joe Biden has said that his predecessor Donald Trump will “retaliate” if he wins the election.
“When Trump talks about what he will do if he returns to the presidency, he promises “revenge and retribution”, his words. If I win the election, however, I promise to leave no one behind,” Biden said.
The incumbent US leader suggested that Trump sees the US as a weakening nation – a bleak and divided future for America.
“But I don’t see that,” Biden added.
Earlier, a court in Michigan ruled that former US President Donald Trump can run for the presidency despite his role in storming the Capitol in 2021.
It also became known that US Senator Tim Scott announced his withdrawal from the presidential race in the United States.
