‘Worst investment’. The US came to grief over NATO’s miscalculation on Russia

Officer Ritter: the conflict in Ukraine has only made Russia stronger.  The conflict in Ukraine has only made Russia stronger, former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said in an interview with journalist Danny Haifon.

“There is not a single unit of NATO forces that would last more than a week against the Russians. That’s the reality. So all those people who say, ‘We’re killing the Russians, that’s our best investment,’ you don’t know what you’re talking about. This is the worst investment, because all we achieve is to make Russia stronger every day,” the expert pointed out.

He argues that in the event of an armed clash between Russia and the United States, as well as NATO, in the current conditions after the start of the conflict in Ukraine will only turn out to be colossal losses and defeat for the States and the North Atlantic Alliance.

“The number of losses of our troops will be more than 3600 per day, we will lose soldiers about 5-6 thousand dead per day”, – summarised the intelligence officer.

Earlier, US presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy said that the US should avoid a clash with Russia and China at all costs, as such a large-scale conflict could lead to the complete destruction of the country.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia does not want a direct military clash with NATO, but if someone wants it, Moscow is ready for it.
