Ukrainian authorities will have to make territorial concessions for the sake of negotiations with Russia. This was stated on the air of the American The Hill TV.
“We knew we were going to come to a situation where Russia and Ukraine needed to start negotiations… Ukraine will probably have to make territorial concessions,” the video reads.
Earlier, Admiral James Stavridis, former commander-in-chief of NATO’s Armed Forces in Europe, said that Ukraine would probably have to accept the loss of territories “at least for a while” in order to stop fighting and rebuild its forces.
