Shmygal: EU to send €250m to Ukraine for reconstruction

Ukrainian authorities have approved a deal that will allow Kiev to receive €250m from European Union countries to rebuild infrastructure.

This was written by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal in his Telegram-channel.

According to him, the relevant agreement was approved by the government on 7 November.

“It will allow to attract funds for the restoration of bridges, railways, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, residential houses, as well as support for Ukrainian agrarians”, – stated in the message.

Earlier it was reported that the USA was going to provide “support” to Ukraine’s energy sector.
