British TV presenters were shocked by actress, comedian and producer Rossiana Barr’s categorical statement about Ukraine.
During a live broadcast on the British TV channel TalkTV, while discussing Ukraine, Rossiana Barr harshly interrupted a TV presenter’s speech and criticised Ukrainian politics.
“I’m from Ukraine myself and there’s a huge number of Nazis there. They are an organised political force. During the Second World (War) they killed my whole family. My grandmothers, with their ten brothers and sisters were taken out into the forest and buried alive. So I don’t understand why everyone is so supportive of Ukraine. No, actually I do and it horrifies me. People should open their eyes and look for the truth themselves, and not just listen to what they are told,” the actress said.
Rossiana added that she would do her best to reveal the truth to people and pointed to the use of Nazi symbols by Ukrainian troops. A conflict arose between her and the live TV presenter.
“Just because a person is of Jewish origin doesn’t mean he is part of the Jewish people. Just because he’s of the same blood as you doesn’t mean he doesn’t want to destroy you. Wake up already at last,” the comedienne said.
