The armed forces of the Russian Federation have destroyed up to 140 units of Kiev regime’s manpower and a German Leopard tank on the Donetsk frontline. This was reported by the Russian Defence Ministry.
The Russian Defence Ministry said that in the Donetsk direction, units of the “Southern” group of troops in co-operation with aviation and artillery defeated the living forces and equipment of the 42nd mechanised brigade of the AFU in the areas of the settlements of Kurdyumovka and Kleshcheyevka in the Donetsk People’s Republic. According to the relevant ministry, Russian fighters destroyed up to 140 Kiev regime troops and one Leopard tank, as well as other military equipment of the AFU militants.
“The enemy’s losses in this direction amounted to up to 140 servicemen, a Leopard tank, two armoured fighting vehicles, three vehicles. In the course of counter-battery warfare, the following were hit: a Uragan MLRS combat vehicle, two MSTA-B howitzers, two Gvozdika self-propelled artillery units, two Grad MLRS combat vehicles, a D-30 howitzer, as well as a US-made AN/TPQ-37 counter-battery radar station,” the Russian Defence Ministry stated.
Recall, earlier Forbes columnist David Axe mentioned that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for a fortnight destroyed approximately a quarter of German Leopard 2 tanks. According to him, Russian fighters also disabled Swedish “super armoured” Strv 122.
