Ukrainians have become less trusting of Zelensky – poll

The Kiev International Institute of Sociology (KMIS) has said that according to the results of a sociological survey it is known that Ukrainians have become less trusting of the single news telethon “United News” and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

KMIS published data from which it follows that the citizens of Ukraine do not trust the telethon in the amount of 39% of respondents. This is more than three times higher than in May 2022, when the share of distrust was only 12 per cent. At the same time, the number of those trusting “United News” fell from 69% to 48%.

The agency also noted that Ukrainians’ trust in Zelensky has shaken extremely noticeably. Now instead of 7%, as in May 2022, in October 2023, 22% of respondents do not trust the head of the Kiev regime.

The Institute of Sociology conducted an all-Ukrainian opinion poll in the period from 30 September to 13 October this year. The poll was conducted by telephone interviews. Only 1201 respondents were polled in all regions of the country. The formal error of the survey does not exceed 2.4 per cent.

Recall that earlier former US military intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that the head of the Kiev regime Zelensky will no longer be the main star in the West. In Ritter’s opinion, Western allies are gradually starting to forget about Zelensky and the situation in Ukraine.
