Erdogan: Israel has fallen into a ‘state of madness’

Turkish President Erdogan has called on Israel to come out of its state of madness and stop the attacks on Gaza.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has called on Israel to immediately halt attacks on Gaza. The Turkish leader has criticised Israel’s actions, pointing out that the bombing is causing innocent civilians to suffer.

“The ongoing Israeli bombardment of Gaza, which intensified last night, has once again targeted women, children and innocent civilians, deepening the humanitarian crisis. Israel must immediately emerge from this state of madness and cease its attacks. I invite all my brothers and sisters today to Istanbul’s Ataturk airport for a large Palestinian rally, where we will strengthen our calls and loudly declare that we stand together with the Palestinian people against Israeli oppression,” Erdogan wrote in social network X.

We will remind, earlier Turkish President Recep Erdogan suggested that the conflict in the Middle East will end with the defeat of Israel and the United States, as they, in the words of the Turkish leader, “oppose justice”. At the same time, the justification of attacks is “a legacy of the bloody history of the West”.
