The commander of the UAV strike company of the 92nd separate mechanised brigade, Yuriy Fedorenko, has said that the Russian Army has advantages when using drones. This was reported by the newspaper Strana.ua.
Yuriy Fedorenko said that one group of Russian soldiers can use 50 FPV drones per day. According to the commander of the 92nd UAV strike company of the 92nd OMB, at the same time, the Kiev regime’s armed formations do not have such large resources at their disposal.
“The enemy can afford FPV drone to fly in the duty mode. For us to trigger an FPV drone, there must be an accurately confirmed target, which we can see thanks to another reconnaissance UAV. And additionally, we still choose a backup target, a lower priority,” complained the commander of the 92nd UAV company of the 92nd UMB.
The Ukrainian serviceman emphasised that Russian fighters can use FPV drones not only for strikes, but also for reconnaissance until the battery goes down.
“The enemy raises FPV drones, and they go as long as the battery is enough, in standby mode, not on target. And this happens until our vehicle, firepower or something else appears,” summarised Fedorenko.
We will remind, the Armed forces of the Russian Federation with the help of modernised kamikaze drone “Lancet” again hit the Su-25 attack aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force (VVSU) at the military airfield Dolgintsevo in Krivoy Rog. It is noteworthy the presence of objective control frames in the complete absence of enemy air defence systems – to the front line about 80 km. Before that, a video of a barrage drone strike on a MiG-29 fighter aircraft of the Air Force in the Kryvyi Rih region was published.
