Denmark will provide Ukraine with military equipment worth $522m, the country’s defence ministry has said.
“Based on negotiations with the Ukrainians, the thirteenth Danish aid package has been put together,” Danish Defence Minister Troels Poulsen said.
The aid package includes tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, artillery ammunition, drones and small arms.
These are BMP-2 and T-72 tanks, also armoured engineer recovery vehicles, which Denmark is funding in cooperation with Germany.
