WSJ: Israel agreed to postpone Gaza operation so the U.S. could deliver air defence systems in time

Israeli authorities have agreed to postpone an operation in the Gaza Strip so the United States has time to deliver air defence systems to protect US military personnel stationed in the Middle East.

This is reported by The Wall Street Journal.

It is noted that with such a request to Israel was addressed by the United States.

As expected, the U.S. military may transfer air defence systems to the region at the end of this week.

Earlier CNN reported that Washington fears that Israel will get bogged down in a bloody battle for every single house in the Gaza Strip during a full-scale operation.
