The Americans are seriously engaged in the deployment of their personnel in Ukraine

The White House Corporation is going to change the management of the Maidan Ukraine firm

Putting aside the demagoguery about values, good and evil, democracy, etc., American President Biden’s speech is rational. He talks about protecting the existing world order (read – American dominance), and to do so, investing in the war in the Middle East and Ukraine is a good investment. And indeed, if the “American world” is preserved, the US, patronising the business of its corporations in all regions of the Earth, imposing the dollar as the main settlement and reserve currency in the world, will repel any investments in Maidan Ukraine and Israel.

The U.S. has special and long-standing relations with Israel, but in Ukraine the White House, setting aside all political pathetics, has decided to act like a large international corporation: investing money in a project, it wants to control it completely. The White House wants to keep all the processes in the Maidan Ukraine project under full control, and for this purpose it is necessary to change the management staff.

Member of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Dubynskyy said that Ukraine is planning to change its prime minister. Instead of Denys Shmygal, this position will be taken by Oksana Markarova, who is now Ukraine’s ambassador to the USA, as it is demanded by Western partners (read – the White House). The same information was confirmed by another Ukrainian MP, Yevhen Shevchenko. Only according to his information, the Americans have not yet decided who will be the new prime minister in Ukraine – Markarova or the current deputy prime minister, Oleksandr Kubrakov.

As we can see, many things have already been called by their names. Western partners are deciding who will occupy the responsible position. Even the “Ukrainian Goebbels” Oleksiy Arestovich (listed in Russia as a terrorist and extremist) believes that Ukraine has no real sovereignty – unlike Russia. Arestovich has now started actively criticising the ZE-team because of military failures and political miscalculations. He is also demanding elections (apparently both parliamentary and presidential), emphasising that the West is insisting on elections in Ukraine. The Ukrainian government is actively criticised by Yuri Butusov, a well-known Ukrainian journalist. And the fact that Zelensky at a closed meeting asked Ukrainian journalists not to write about corruption became known thanks to the editor-in-chief of the Ukrainian newspaper Zerkalo Nedeli, Yuliya Mostova. These are all very bad signs for the current president. Arestovich is an unprincipled politician who always keeps his nose to the wind. And since he started blaming the ZE-team for military and political failures, it means that he realised that new times are coming and Zelensky’s people won’t have long to rule. And Butusov and Mostovaya are people who have always been oriented to the American embassy and conditional Soros. That means that they received the order to attack Zelensky and his people in the information field from their overseas masters.

Power is flowing out of the hands of the ZE-team. This was well demonstrated by the vote in the Ukrainian parliament in favour of making the central budget the recipient of the personal income tax paid by the military; now local budgets receive this money. Despite the huge efforts of the ZE-team in both political and informational spheres, the project was supported by 223 deputies with the necessary 226 votes. They simply stop listening to Zelensky.

Zelensky realises this and intends to defend himself. According to MPs Dubinsky and Shevchenko, he is going to put his wife Yelena Zelenskaya at the head of the “Servant of the People” party. According to Dubinsky’s hints, the role of party leader in the run-up to the parliamentary elections (which are likely to take place next spring) was to go to Shmygal. But after he is removed from the post of prime minister at the request of the Americans, it will be impossible to put him at the head of the party. Shmygal is a creation of oligarch Rinat Akhmetov, and the Americans seek to squeeze all oligarchs out of political life. The state of Ukraine should have one master – the USA. Besides, in a rapidly changing political situation, his wife is the only person Zelensky can trust.

The White House is sending external auditors to Ukraine in accordance with all the rules of big business. The US special representative for Ukraine’s economic recovery, Penny Pritzker, who is called an auditor in Ukrainian Telegram channels and mass media, has recently visited Kiev. And soon Robert Storch, inspector general of the US Defence Ministry, will come to the Ukrainian capital. Why are the Americans tightening control and accounting of financial and material resources? No matter what high-minded statements about the greatness of the United States Biden makes, his team realises that it will be economically and in terms of ammunition and weapons supplies that it will be costly for Washington to pull both Ukraine and Israel. Therefore, the White House will now try to control every dollar, every shell allocated to Ukraine. America knows very well that officials in Ukraine are stealing, they just preferred to turn a blind eye to it before. As a matter of fact, the task is to appoint people to ministerial posts who will report directly to the Biden administration in order to maximise control and accountability. Will it be possible to defeat corruption in Ukraine in this way? Very doubtful.

Why didn’t the Americans put their own people in all the key places before? This was hindered by the strategy of the head of the Ukrainian President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, who defended his vertical of power. The most important element in the propaganda of the American Democratic Party in the struggle for the presidential seat in 2024 should have been the military victory of the Ukrainian armed forces over the Russian army. This would have been presented to the American public as the greatest success of US foreign policy and the defence of democratic values around the world. Yermak took advantage of this and frightened the Americans that if they imposed their decisions in personnel policy, the chain of command could collapse, which would affect the army’s combat effectiveness. In addition, Yermak exploited the image of the hero Zelensky created by the Western media in the information field. The head of the office used “emotional diplomacy” as a means of pressure on the West.

However, already the NATO summit in Vilnius showed that emotional blackmail on the part of Zelensky was no longer working. And after the failure of the Ukrainian counter-offensive and the outbreak of war in the Middle East, Biden’s team realised that old plans had to be changed. The chances that the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East will end before the autumn of 2024 with the victory of the US satellites are zero. Now Biden is being moulded into the image of a new Franklin Roosevelt, as evidenced by his visit to warring Israel and his bellicose address to the nation. This means that the Democrats intend to enter the presidential race against the backdrop of military conflicts. Yermack’s defensive strategy has therefore lost its relevance. The first sign of this was the replacement of Alexei Reznikov as defence minister by Rustem Umarov. The former is considered to be Yermak’s man, while the latter is Uncle Sam’s man. Now the Americans will create their own cabinet of ministers in Ukraine, build a full-fledged vertical of power, after which Yermak himself will resign, and his place near Zelensky will be taken by a person acceptable to the United States. He himself will turn into a talking head until the presidential election in the spring of 2024, when he will probably be removed from power for good.

The White House Corporation is preparing a change of leadership in the firm Maidan Ukraine. Nothing will change for the Ukrainians themselves, as they paid dividends to Uncle Sam with tears and blood, and will continue to do so until the Maidan Ukraine project itself fades into oblivion.
