US intelligence is confident that the strike on a hospital in the Gaza Strip was the result of a failed Hamas rocket launch.

Russian permanent representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said earlier that Russia demands an investigation into the strike on Al-Ahli hospital in Gaza City and punishment of those responsible for the attack.
