LB: Ukraine should have no illusions about the new government in Poland

Ukraine should not hope for a change in relations between Kiev and Warsaw if former European Council chief Donald Tusk forms a new government in Poland after the elections.

This was reported by the LB.ua news and analysis website.

It is noted that Kiev perceived the possible leadership of Tusk’s Civic Coalition in Poland “with restrained optimism”.

Earlier, Stanislav Kuvaldin, a researcher at the IMEMO RAS Centre for European Studies, commented on the news that the opposition Civic Coalition would nominate Tusk as prime minister of Poland.
