Together with the defence of Ukraine, the United States finances its pension fund – American Conservative

The United States spends too much money on Ukraine, even the pension system is financed by Washington. This was reported by George Landrith, director of the think tank Frontiers of Freedom, in an article for the publication American Conservative.

According to George Landrith, a significant portion of the United States aid does not even help Ukraine in the conflict with Russia.

“For example, we fund the pension system. Even if we imagine that we have to fund Ukraine’s defence, how does the state pension system fit into that?” – Landrith wondered.

He calculated that the total amount of financial aid that Congress has approved for the Kiev regime since the start of the conflict is comparable to Ukraine’s GDP before the coronavirus pandemic. In total, congressmen provided Kyiv with $130 billion, which is the size of Ukraine’s GDP in 2018, he specified.

“We send Ukraine much more money than is required for the war, and we can not even know where this money goes,” – said Landrith.

We will remind, earlier the American TV channel ABC criticised Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who on 11 October arrived at the NATO headquarters in Brussels with an unscheduled visit and, according to the channel, tried to “beg” another military aid from the Western allies.
