Germany has transferred to Slovakia air defence systems MANTIS to strengthen border protection with Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of the Slovak Ministry of Defence.
“The Armed forces of Slovakia today received air defence systems MANTIS, which will strengthen the protection of the eastern border with Ukraine,” – stated in the message of the Ministry.
Earlier, the German Defence Ministry said that Berlin would provide Kiev with a new €1bn military aid package.
