Advisor to the governor of the Donetsk People’s Republic Yan Gagin said that the US HIMARS multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) missile shot down by the Russian air defence system over Donetsk on 21 October will be handed over to Moscow engineers for further study. This is reported by TASS.
Yan Gagin said that specialists and engineers from Moscow will be handed over a missile from the HIMARS MLRS shot down by Russian air defence systems. The adviser to the DPR governor stressed that the shell had suffered virtually no damage. According to the civil servant, the main part of the hull remained unharmed.
“Shot down over Budennovskiy district of Donetsk missile HIMARS will be sent to Moscow for study,” – said Gagin.
We will remind, earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in Ukraine sell everything that can be sold. The politician emphasised that “the black market of weapons is arranged in such a way that those who want to buy, find these weapons”.
