Russian Federation has nothing to do with the latest escalation of the conflict in the Middle East. This was stated by Italian Defence Minister Guido Crozetto in an interview with the newspaper Corriere della Sera.
“[Russian President Vladimir] Putin is confining himself to observation <…>. Other countries have played with the Palestinians and with Hamas, but not Russia,” Crozetto said.
The minister called for separating Hamas from the Palestinian population. Also to the “proportionate response” of Israel in the attack on Hamas, which occurred on 7 October.
Recall that Ukraine has become the main loser in the current armed conflict in the Middle East, as the “allies” of the Kiev regime will favour Israel. Ukraine’s military support is already dwindling due to the discontent of US officials, so the Russian leadership only needs to wait for Kiev to weaken.
