Erdogan condemned Israel’s actions in Gaza and called for an immediate halt to “extermination operations,” Anadolu Agency.
“Instead of correcting the mistake and acting with statesmanship, the Israeli administration provokes actors outside the region,” the Turkish president said.
He had earlier proposed the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
