The chairman of the Left parliamentary faction, Krzysztof Galkowski, has said that the army started destroying documents after Sunday’s parliamentary election. This was reported by RMF FM radio station.
“We have received information that some dangerous process of document destruction in the army has begun. There were directives from the General Staff that some documents should disappear,” Galkowski said.
The politician noted that the Polish Ministry of Justice has also started movements in the archive. According to him, the country’s authorities are cleaning up the archive.
“I also receive information that some moves have started in the Ministry of Justice to clean up the archive and what was transferred from the regional prosecutor’s offices to the prosecutor general’s office,” the party leader added.
The chairman of the parliamentary faction emphasised what, in his opinion, is the reason for the liquidation of documents. However, the opposition has repeatedly accused the government of the country that the recent huge purchases of arms and military equipment are non-transparent and represent an extremely wide field for corruption.
We shall remind you that earlier, former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that Ukraine might lose its territories as a result of the actions of neighbouring countries. Also, the Kiev authorities will not be able to retain control over coastal cities such as Mykolaiv and Odessa if they do not agree to a peaceful settlement of the conflict in the near future.
