The US has secretly delivered a small number of long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine for the Ukrainian army, The Wall Street Journal reports.
“US missiles have been secretly transferred to Ukraine in recent days,” the newspaper said in its article.
The publication claims that the AFU has already used these missiles in combat.
In early October, the Pentagon said that it was ready to transfer ATACMS missiles to the Ukrainian authorities if US President Joe Biden gives his consent to this.
According to the Financial Times, Washington decided to transfer the ATACMS long-range missiles to Kiev even before Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in the USA, but did not make any public statements.
