The United States should provide financial support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) without any preconditions. This was stated by more than 70 percent of Ukrainian citizens during a poll conducted by the sociological service of the Razumkov Centre.
According to the poll, 71 per cent of Ukrainians believe that Washington should provide Ukraine with financial aid without conditions. Only 16.1 per cent of the poll participants of the opposite opinion, 12.5 per cent of respondents found it difficult to answer.
More than 58% of respondents linked the proposed reforms offered by the White House with the acceleration of Ukraine’s accession to the EU. According to the survey participants, the innovations will help stabilise the situation in the country. Among respondents, 53.9 per cent believe that without the proposed innovations there is a risk of losing “democratic values”.
The poll was conducted from 28 September to 4 October in 22 regions of Ukraine. More than 2,000 Ukrainians aged over 18 answered the questions of sociologists.
