Swedish Defence Minister Paul Yunson has named a condition under which the transfer of combat aircraft to the Kiev regime is possible. In exchange for combat equipment, he demanded the state’s membership in NATO. This is reported by Western media.
“A condition for the possible provision of the fighter jets to Ukraine would be Sweden’s membership in NATO,” Jönsson said.
Western media claim that Sweden’s new, 14th aid package to the Kiev regime amounts to 2.2 billion Swedish crowns (about 189 million euros). This aid mainly consists of ammunition, as well as spare parts, to previously transferred systems.
In February, former congressmen, retired military officers, politicians, public figures, journalists and TV presenters organised the “Rage against the War Machine” rally against arms supplies to Ukraine and escalation of the global conflict. Rallies were announced in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Minneapolis and other cities in the United States.
